Breast cancer occurs when the cells grow abnormally in the breasts

  • Non-invasive cancer: Cancer cells are only found inside the milk ducts and haven’t spread outside of these ducts
  • Invasive breast cancer: Breast cancer that has spread outside the milk ducts into the breast tissue
  • Family history of breast cancer
  • Late menopause
  • Women who got their periods before age 12
  • Childless or late child birth
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Changes in the size or the shape of the breast
  • Pain in breasts
  • Nipple becoming inverted
  • Bleeding from nipple
  • Redness of breasts
  • Swollen breasts
  • Eat low –fat protein
  • Eat mushrooms, broccolis, blueberries
  • You can eat almonds, peanuts
  • You can eat potatoes, tomatoes, rice, salad
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Avoid spices and junk food
  • Green tea is beneficial
  • Garlic, turmeric are useful
  • Vinca rosea, Taxus species, Allium sativum, Aloe vera, Angelica sinensis, Astragals membranaceus, Glycine max, Glycyrrhiza glabra ar e useful herbs
