Tuberculosis known as TB, is a bacterial infection that mainly affects your lungs.

  • Latent TB : bacteria remain in your body in an inactive state and cause no symptoms.
  • Active TB : This condition makes you sick and can spread to others.
  • Cavity TB : The bacteria cause progressive lung destruction by forming cavities.
 
  • Bacterial infection .
  • Infection from person to person.
  • HIV positive.
  • Alcohol consumption.
  • Chest pain.
  • Weight loss, weakness.
  • Fever.
  • Coughing up blood or sputum .
Food:
  • Take juices of oranges, mangoes, grapes, pineapple, pomegranates, lynches, sitaphal.
  • Eat food that contains high fiber food .
  • Eat carrots, peppers, squash, Tomatoes, cherries .
  • Milk and eggs are good for protein.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Astragalus and Rhodiola are useful herbs.
  • Pippali, Vasa, Lasuna and Naradiya mahalakshmi vilasa are useful ayurvedic medicines.
  • Leaves of tulsi is beneficial.
  • Take mixture of khajoor and milk everyday.
