Warts are small, grainy skin growths that caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV) infection

  • Plantar warts: Appears as flesh-coloured or light brown lumps on the soles of the feet
  • Genital warts: Can appear in the pubic area
  • Flat warts: Usually grow on the face, thighs, or arms
  • Common warts: Usually grow on your fingers and toes but can appear elsewhere
  • Filiform warts: Grow on the face around the mouth and nose
  • Infection from HPV
  • Infection from person to person
  • Nail biting
  • Hands getting wet
  • Yellow or brown skin
  • Small, red bumps on skin
  • Itching
  • Pain in feet and in nail beds
  • Some time skin become rough
Food:
  • Take proper vitamins and protein
  • You should eat leafy greens and sea vegetables
  • Avoid sugar, processed food
  • Avoid cakes, cookies, crackers, donuts, margarine and fast foods
  • Green tea is effective
  • Aloe vera juice is beneficial
  • Basil leaves are useful
  • Triphala, Ghumi amalaki are useful
